I have worked with Justin Zinkann three times now - purchasing my first home, a refinance and a cash out refinance. In all three circumstances, Justin made the process very easy to understand. As a first time home buyer I was a bit overwhelmed, but Justin and his team were hyper responsive, clearly answered all questions, and always sent reminders and follow ups when we had deliverables. They are reliable, honest and punctual.
I am a natural skeptic and I always shop around. What I found was very disappointing. The large quick or rocket themed companies claimed to have the very best deals available. They all also promised quick responses and professional courtesy. What I found were a lot of hidden fees, great rates but only after purchasing points at a premium and failing to disclose this initially, last minute meeting cancellations, no shows and frequent rescheduling.
When I compare these experiences to working with Justin, the choice is very simple. The added benefit is that Justin was able to save me a great deal of money and put together the best deal.
I have enjoyed working with Justin now for 2 transactions. He is responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, transparent and enjoyable to work with. I recommend his services and would work with him again

Justin is a solid person to work with. He is on top of everything and even fishing for lower interest rates without even having to ask. He made sure we got the best interest rate we could. Great communication. I would say the easiest loan process I’ve ever been through. On top of that I heard from Justin consistently through the process. He is the opposite of any loan officer I’ve ever worked with and he was the best part of all of it.
I was referred to Justin by my realtor and I didnt believe that interest rates he was telling me at first because I didnt even see them that low online anywhere.
